We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Peripatetic Team Manager to join our team here at iBC Healthcare at one of our Coventry Supported Living locations.

REQUIREMENTS: A DRIVING LICENCE AND PREVIOUS CARE TEAM LEADER EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED FOR THIS SPECIFIC ROLE.

Contract: 40 hrs a week.
Pay: £13.91 an hour

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
