Responsibilities

The Team Manager serves as the leader of the Patient Care Team, responsible for supervising, evaluating, and coordinating the various members of the interdisciplinary team. This role ensures continuity of care from admission through discharge or transfer to bereavement, while also acting as a patient advocate and maintaining all patient records.
