Logistics Team Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our Logistics Team. This role focuses on efficiently managing the inventory of received and distributed servers, server components, and accessories sold to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of inventory management, and driving team performance, with a focus on processes and outcomes. What is the role about? Oversee and optimize daily logistics operations and ensure all technical aspects are managed effectively. Act as the escalation manager for technical challenges within the team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Focus on coaching, mentoring, and training team members to enhance their performance and help them achieve their full potential. Plan, distribute and monitor daily team tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion orders to maintain customer satisfaction. Report on team progress and KPIs Uphold a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards and complying with legal regulations. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in logistics, operations, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Adaptable to changing circumstances, able to prioritize and shift focus as needed. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Benefits include: The salary for this position ranges from 46396 Euros to 59745 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills.
