These talented employees have the title of ‘Team Manager – Maintenance’ and they are the drivers of standardization and continuous improvement in the Ford Production System. Ford Motor Company is seeking a visionary and results-driven Maintenance Manager (LL6) to lead our newly restructured maintenance organization. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to transform our maintenance operations by driving the Ford Maintenance Operating System (MOS) and Lean Maturity in Maintenance to world-class levels. As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead our maintenance organization and will be the primary architect of maintenance excellence, ensuring our equipment reliability supports the high-speed demands of our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the restructured maintenance organization to drive standardization and continuous improvement using the Ford Maintenance Operating System. Act as the primary architect of maintenance excellence to ensure equipment reliability supports high-speed manufacturing demands.
