ABOUT US

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Team Manager Media Buying to lead our in-house media buying team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing campaign performance, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners. If you’re passionate about scaling paid traffic, leading high-performing teams, and driving measurable impact, this is your opportunity.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing/media buying with proven success scaling paid campaigns
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Traffic platforms like traffic Junky, Exoclick, etc, tracking tools (e.g., Voluum/Keitaro), and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
  • Proactive, curious, and not afraid to test and fail
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation verticals (e.g., dating, sweepstakes, antivirus)
  • Understanding of API integrations, postback tracking, and attribution flows
  • Candidate must be based or ready to relocate to the Ntherlands

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of media buyers, providing mentorship, feedback, and strategic direction
  • Own P&L responsibilities for your verticals, managing large monthly media budgets across Facebook, native, and other paid traffic sources
  • Develop, test, and optimize creative strategies to improve ROI and L2S across multiple GEOs and verticals

Drive partnerships with affiliate managers, developers, and BI to enhance offer performance, tracking setup, and reporting flows

  • Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to execute rapid creative testing cycles
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide strategic insights and weekly performance updates to management
  • Identify new media buying opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns
  • Stay updated on platform changes (Meta, Native, other traffic sources) and lead implementation of best practices
