✔ Calm under pressure, able to think on your feet
✔ Supervisory experience preferred (but not essential)

• Lead, support and supervise staff to deliver high-quality care in line with our values.
• Ensure care and treatment plans are followed.
• Oversee daily handovers and communicate key information to the team.
• Manage staff rotas, working collaboratively with senior colleagues.
• Supervise and support junior staff, acting as a role model.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent and meets organisational standards.
• Work across a 24-hour rota to ensure continuity of care.
• Attend meetings, reviews, and support service users in community settings.
