Responsibilities

As a Logistics Team Manager, you are responsible for a specific part of our operation, for example the entire inbound or outbound process. Your goal? Maximize efficiency, reduce costs and guarantee the best possible purchasing experience for our customers.

  • Leading a team of 50-70 employees and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • You recruit and guide your employees and discuss their development with them. With involvement and enthusiasm you create a pleasant, collegial working atmosphere. Thanks to you, your employees get the best out of themselves and customers receive their orders on time.
  • Ensuring a positive working environment and effective collaboration between departments.
  • Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Responsible for adhering to safety procedures and creating a safe working environment.
  • Interact with internal departments such as Transport, Disposition and IT and act as a point of contact for colleagues at our head office in Neckarsulm.
