Create impact as a Team Manager, Partnering Performance Your Role Join IAG as a BPO Partnering Lead and play a key role in shaping how we work with our major service partners. Working within PP&C, you’ll lead specialist BPO relationship management and drive the commercial outcomes, optimisation, and delivery of partnered Service Orders. In this role, you’ll validate new initiatives, spot partnering opportunities, and bring the right people together to design effective, outcome focused BPO solutions. You’ll be accountable to develop and shape changes to Service Orders and MSAs, support transitions and offboarding, and ensure commercial obligations are met. You’ll work with our Partners and our business units to support business strategies and improve how we measure success, and ensure results align with business goals. When issues arise, you’ll assess impacts, manage resolutions, and escalate risks where needed. You’ll also support governance rituals, risk management, and continuous optimisation activities. Your deep experience in contract management, risk identification and the ability to deliver difficult messages in a working relationship is critical to the success of this role. This role suits someone who thrives in complex environments, builds strong relationships, and can turn operational detail into strategic value for IAG. This is a twelve month contract based near any of our major centres on the East Coast of Australia. About You Experience in the following is required for the role; Minimum 2 years' experience in leading and enhancing the performance of small, client-oriented service teams. Minimum 2 years' experience interacting with offshore and culturally diverse service providers and teams. Have an understanding of how to develop the relevant IAG Operational Business Unit strategic objectives, performance goals and required outcomes, to enable design of effective and outcome-focussed partnering solutions Strong internal stakeholder relationship development and management using appropriate advisory and influencing skills. Strong business process outsourcing procurement and partner relationship management skills. Strong skills in negotiating, managing, and arranging effective modifications to commercial arrangements. Strong skills in contributing to the effective implementation of commercial arrangements. Strong process improvement and innovation opportunity and articulation skills.
