Job Description Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve set targets and improve overall performance. Foster an environment built on trust, open communication, and positive, cohesive teamwork. Organize team meetings and one-on-ones to provide constructive feedback, evaluate performance, and discuss future goals. Prepare daily or monthly reports regarding the team’s performance results. Qualifications Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Proven ability to successfully lead a team and demonstrate strong results. Agility to react quickly to various situations and solve problems effectively. Experience in managing projects and teams within the gaming industry. Very good English and good Latvian language skills. As we operate in an international environment, English is essential for collaboration and daily tasks. Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, etc.). High motivation and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to work a shift schedule (including night shifts).
