Collaborate with your team to refine and improve existing standards as the manufacturing system evolves, making our processes safer and more efficient. Manage daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate time and data records, and communicate effectively across all levels of plant management. Established and active employee resource groups Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Union Partnership: Experience working collaboratively and effectively within a unionized workforce. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to team members and plant management. Resilience: The ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and lead effectively during periods of crisis management. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience as a Lead Process Coach or in a similar senior supervisory role. Certifications: A Lean Six Sigma designation (Green Belt or higher) is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
