TEAM MANAGER - PROMOTE

Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership, digital marketing, and customer experience? We’re on the lookout for a people-first leader with a strong background in digital media and/or the recruitment industry who’s ready to take charge of our Promote team and help take our customers’ success to the next level.
As the Team Manager, you’ll make sure the team runs smoothly day-to-day, while also coaching and supporting team members to hit their goals and grow in their roles. You’ll play a key part in strengthening both our customer relationships and how we operate.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure tasks run smoothly and internal processes are followed
  • Drive the team toward individual and collective goals, contributing to department-wide success
  • Track and follow up on KPIs for both the team and individuals
  • Coach and support team members to help them grow and perform at their best
  • Assist with customer cases, internal requests, and working methods
  • Lead the Promote team across Sales, Customer Care, Ad Ops, and Content
  • Identify and drive improvements in team performance and development
  • Report key insights, KPIs, and updates to the Head of Customer Success
  • Take an active, hands-on role in sales activities and ad operations
  • Ensure smooth and strong collaboration with other departments
  • Contribute to and lead projects for the development of our ads, customer relationships, service offering, and overall strategy
