Job Description We are looking for Team Manager in Copenhagen! Why do we need you? To continue our journey of creativity, innovation, and setting best practice, we are seeking a Team Manager with a proven experience in larger organizations delivering architectural services, to join the department covering our international projects in our Copenhagen studio. Contribute to leading a team of innovative and high-qualified designers/architects with a focus on developing large-scale complex international projects. What will you be doing? Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Managing a large team of employees and projects (resource planning, project & financial follow ups with PM´s, administrative tasks, recruiting). Becoming a role model for Henning Larsen DNA, methodologies, work culture and EDI agenda. Employee development and project sparring. Support across markets to ensure professional tenders, contracts and business in general. What are we looking for? As our new team manager we anticipate that you have: Master’s degree in architecture or similar Min 10 years of professional experience working on projects and with clients Solid experience with project management and leadership Acts as a leader demonstrating strong understanding of the business of an architecture practice Experience working globally and running project teams across geographies Can motivate, empower and engage employees and leaders As a member of Henning Larsen, we anticipate that you are: An excellent communicator Proactive and results-driven Committed to excellence and professionalism Recognizes and respects the contributions of others What are we offering?
