LEAD, MOTIVATE, AND DRIVE SUCCESS

Are you a natural leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service? At ScotForce Healthcare, we provide essential staffing solutions to care providers across Scotland. We’re looking for a Team Manager to oversee our Account Executive team and our nationwide Healthcare Workforce, ensuring performance targets are met while enabling our staff to perform at their best.
This role is not just about managing day-to-day operations – it’s about creating a high-performance environment where our company’s standards and values are embedded in every action and interaction. These standards form the framework of our business model, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for both our healthcare staff and our clients – results that set us apart from other providers.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead and motivate the Account Executive team – setting daily priorities, monitoring KPIs, and driving performance.
  • Oversee all booking operations, ensuring shifts are filled efficiently and clients’ needs are always met.
  • Proactively engage with clients – ensuring ScotForce remains their first choice whenever they need staff.
  • Maximise staff availability by ensuring our healthcare workforce is kept active, engaged, and fully utilised.
  • Coach and develop Account Executives through regular team meetings, 1:1’s and ongoing training.
  • Handle escalations – resolving complex client requests, last-minute booking challenges, or staff issues.
  • Lead recruitment activities for healthcare staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet workforce demands. Will also conduct Inductions.
  • Work closely with the HR Administrator to ensure onboarding, compliance, and staff induction processes are efficient and optimised.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver company-wide KPIs, operational improvements, and service enhancements.
  • Conduct occasional client visits to review service delivery and strengthen relationships.

This is a key leadership role within our operations team – an opportunity to take ownership, drive the performance of our bookings function, and contribute directly to company growth.

  • Competitive salary and company bonus scheme linked to performance.
  • A clear framework of values, standards, and objectives, while giving you the autonomy to shape day-to-day operations, bring fresh ideas, and take ownership of team performance.
  • A collaborative culture with genuine opportunities for progression
