We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Manager to join us!

How will you make an impact on this project?

  • You will have the opportunity to supervise, manage and motivate a team of approximately 35 consultant Technical Writers, whose daily operations are supported by two experienced Team Leaders.
  • Proactively ensure smooth team operations and effective collaborations, as well as managing large-scale client accounts for our Product Information projects.
  • In addition to people management, client management, and sales activity are also key functions of the position.
  • As the Team Manager, you will actively contribute to the overall strategic direction and success of the unit and the company

What would be your tasks as a Team Manager?

  • People Management: Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, provide performance evaluations, career discussions, and ensure ongoing team development through monitoring and coaching.
  • Sales Support: Assist in client acquisition, manage new assignments, and contribute to business expansion, which will also lead to team growth.
  • Account Management: Provide relief for upper management in account management tasks, with the aim of fully taking over client account management in the medium term.
  • Classic Tasks: Include performance reviews, career development conversations, resource planning, and conducting interviews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • College or University degree
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in project and people management
  • Client and account management experience
  • Experience in IT or design fields (design experience preferred from agency-side)
  • A proven track record of successfully executed sales processes: know how to deliver sales pitches, presentations, and engage with potential new clients
  • Strategic planning skills and future-focused thinking
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written (in English and Hungarian)
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Energetic and creative personality
