Missions

• Inspire and Lead: Embody Louis Vuitton’s values, drive, and passion for excellence. Provide inspiring hands-on leadership, championing a client-centric mindset and cultivating a collaborative store culture.
• Develop and Empower: Nurture talent within your team, establishing ambitious yet achievable goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Elevate the Client Experience: Be a visible presence on the floor, taking complete ownership for nurturing client relationships. Ensure all team members offer personalised advice and guidance across the Louis Vuitton product universe.
• Drive Commercial Performance: Take ownership of delivering category results, implement strategic initiatives to optimise sales, monitor operations and budget. Proactively leverage business opportunities to elevate the brand and optimise performance.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent upholding of Louis Vuitton standards in all aspects of store operations, from visual merchandising to inventory management.

Profil

• Proven experience as a people leader with a background in driving a retail business- ideally within luxury retail- possessing a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, manage a P&L, and effectively manage a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and build genuine relationships with clients.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for luxury, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
