Job Description What You’ll Do & Lead As a Team Manager, you’ll be at the core of performance, motivation, and customer success. You’ll get to: Drive Business Outcomes Lead performance initiatives across productivity, utilization, sales KPIs, attendance, attrition, and more—ensuring the team hits targets and your metrics reflect excellence. Oversee Operations & Admin Efficiency Own workforce processes including attendance tracking, queue oversight, and progressive coaching. Develop & Empower People Coach, mentor, and shape a high-performing team through training, feedback, and individual development strategies. Build Strong Relationships Engage with clients, leaders, and frontline teams—understanding needs, resolving concerns, and improving service delivery. Boost Motivation & Performance Culture Execute recognition strategies, initiatives, and team programs that keep morale high and performance strong. Improve Through Data-Driven Insight Generate actionable plans based on reports, analysis, and observation to optimize outcomes and support business direction. You’ll stand out if you have: Experience in Tech Sales Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability Excellent communication—written, verbal, and interpersonal Customer-centric work ethic and service mindset Time-management mastery with ability to balance multiple priorities Proactive, collaborative, team-first attitude Internal Candidates: Tenure of at least 12 months Clear DA for the past 6 months FY25 PDP of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5) Completion of TMU Phase 1 required, Additional Information Lead the Change.
