WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Managing both office-based and field-based teams, ensuring strong leadership and clear direction.
  • Overseeing and ensuring services are consistently delivered to a high standard, meeting all contractual obligations to homeowners.
  • Supporting the effective and reliable delivery of an out-of-hours support function for guests, suppliers, and homeowners.
  • Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Overseeing the delivery of services through internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining quality and accountability.

Ideally, we’re looking for -

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team.

  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Competent in reviewing and interpreting reports.
  • Experience within the property management industry.
