Function Plant OperationsPay Band E4 to M2Role As the Team Manager - Utilities you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Utilities. The purpose of your role will be to manage the day-to-day Operations of Utilities Services (Electricity, Air, Water and Gas) for uninterrupted supply across the plant for seamless operation to achieve daily production targetA purpose driven role for you Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:- Manage Utilities Services to achieve uninterrupted Utilities supply to production areas- Ensure availability of Spares & resources to avoid production loss & availability of Equipment- Monitoring Power & Fuel Consumption to reduce power & fuel Cost- Shop floor management through skill up-gradation to improve overall effectiveness- Follow safe practices across the plant to maintain all legal requirements, safe & healthy working conditionA Day in the life Managing the day-to-day Operations of Utilities Services (Electricity, Air, Water and Gas) for uninterrupted supply across the plant for seamless operation to achieve daily production target.Academic Qualification & Experience B.E / B.
