Description
Manage, coach, and guide a team of PRMs - driving opportunities for and championing the professional development of team members. Set and manage team standards around attendance, performance metrics, and service quality. Support PRMs in meeting core KPIs and referral goals. Actively seek opportunities to improve service levels, prioritizing the delivery of world-class service to all participants; take a proactive approach in contributing to the success of the team through process improvement and information sharing. Lead and manage multiple projects, teams, budgets-determining opportunities for improvement and creating practical and comprehensive implementation plans to drive change across the organization. Identify complex risks early and develop actionable mitigation plans. Partner with varying levels of management and stakeholders to concisely explain complex issues and garner leadership support. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Registrations: SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Mass Registration, Trader Certification, Series 9/10. Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ years. Broad understanding of the Financial Services Industry. Excellent communication skills; strong written and oral executive-level communications skills. Experience managing multiple projects and timelines and their associated budgets at once, ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills an attention to detail. Continuously seeks to improve the delivery of service. Experience with coaching and the professional development of others. Embraces the Firm's core values.
