Job Description :
As a cake decorator, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning cakes and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This position involves working both in the front and back of house, offering a dynamic and rewarding experience.

Front of House:

• Customer Service: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude, assist with cake selection, and provide product recommendations.

Order Management: Accurately take and fulfil orders, ensuring they are packaged and presented to a high standard.
Display Maintenance: Keep the front-of-house displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Transaction Processing: Handle cash and card payments and maintain an organized till area.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
Back of House:
Cake Decoration: Use your creativity to decorate cakes to meet design specifications and customer requests.
Quality Control: Ensure all cakes and desserts meet our high taste and presentation standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor decorating supplies and assist in ordering materials when needed.
Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage cake preparation and decoration schedules during busy periods.
