Duties:

• Ensure and deliver high standard of food
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Work in a high paced kitchen environment while delivering excellent service
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Follow food safety procedures. Controlling cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion control.

• Ensuring fridges, freezers and work area are left in a tidy and organized manner.Personal Suitability:
