What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products across our operations. Working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. Roster: AM and PM Coverage Key Responsibilities * Load and unload freight, stock, and materials safely and efficiently * Accurately receive, inspect, and store food and non-food products * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality * Check incoming and outgoing goods for damage, discrepancies, or contamination * Label, sort, wrap, and repack products as required * Safely stack and store inventory in designated warehouse locations * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times * Support inventory counts and stocktake activities * Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including working in cold storage conditions * Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team culture * Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as required * What Experience and Education You Need * We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment. You will bring: * Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential) * Forklift licence * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime when required * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others * Basic computer skills for inventory and warehouse systems * A strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Physical Requirements:  * Ability to work in spaces with 55 inches of headroom. * May be required to tolerate working environment with inside controlled temperatures of -15 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat, cold, and precipitation).  * Must tolerate heights up to 30 ft. and be able to access elevated products from inside safety cage. * May stand to rebuild pallets with products. Requires tolerance of standing posture up to 5 hours, over an 8-10-12 hour shift.  * Must transfer boxes weighing up to 55 lbs. from ground level to 80 inches in height and up 70 lbs. to 50 inches in height rebuilding pallets.
