Job Description In our R&D Reagents department, you will work in a dedicated research group focusing on antibody generation. Together with your team, you will contribute to the development of new therapeutic and diagnostic approaches – with scientific excellence and state-of-the-art technologies. Your tasks at a glance: You will plan and execute the cloning, expression, purification, and validation of antibodies using flow cytometry. Additionally, you will participate in the development of advanced antibody libraries for use in display technologies. You will perform experiments independently while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary team members and colleagues from other departments. Furthermore, you will thoroughly evaluate results, create detailed reports, and present your findings during internal meetings. Qualifications You have completed training as a BTA or MTA, or you hold a degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related life science field, ideally with industrial experience. You bring solid knowledge in molecular and cell biology and have relevant experience in antibody cloning, expression, purification, and/or cell culture work. Experience with flow cytometry would be beneficial for this position. With your strong interest in science, you eagerly tackle complex problems, demonstrating a high affinity for analytical equipment such as liquid handling systems and adaptability to new software. Your strong communication skills in English—and German as a plus—enable you to work successfully in a multidisciplinary environment.
