When we started FISHBOWL in 2016, we wanted to create food that people could enjoy every day. It needed to be fresh, delicious, healthy and ethically sourced.
Everything we serve at FISHBOWL today carries this ethos, that’s why we make all our salads from scratch, build our menu around local produce and have open kitchens in all 50 + stores across three states.
