Team Member – Back-of-House Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is seeking hourly restaurant line cook team members for our location in University Parkway, Orem, Utah. As a line cook, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, made-to- order food in a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES: ✔ Prior food handling experience (kitchen preparation and cooking) preferred. ✔ Knowledge of food safety standards. ServSafe certification is valued, but not required. ✔ Great guest service skills. ✔ Dependable team player with a strong work ethic. ✔ Knowledge of units of measure and other basic math skills. ✔ Ability to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. ✔ Ability to ensure the preparation and presentation of products in accordance with company standards. ✔ Ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests. ✔ Ability to follow directions and procedures, has effective time management and organization skills. ✔ Ability to maintain personal and uniform cleanliness and standards. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ✔ Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. ✔ In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking for up to 8 hours. ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ✔ Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals. ✔ Exposure to temperatures less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit and more than 90 degrees Fahrenheit. ✔ Work requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. EDUCATION: ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent desired, but not required. ✔ Students are encouraged to apply. EXPERIENCE: ✔ 1+ years minimum work experience (cooking) in a restaurant or food service role is desired. Responsibilities

The line cook prepares food according to specifications and maintains sanitation and safety standards. They multitask by cooking several orders simultaneously and ensure proper food handling and storage.
