SUMMARY

As a Team Member, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring food safety standards are met. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your role will involve serving customers, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Your core skills in serving and food safety, along with premium experience in restaurant operations, will enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, your relevant skills in time management and culinary experience will support our team in achieving sales goals and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong serving skills and a commitment to food safety practices
  • Experience in food preparation and a background in restaurant environments
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
  • Previous kitchen or culinary experience is preferred
  • Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

    Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Delivers outstanding customer experience at all times whilst maintaining a welcoming clean environment
  • Product knowledge and confidently promote to enhance sales
  • Clean As You Go - Keep all work areas clean at all times
  • Handcraft hot and cold beverages to brand standards
  • Maintain high levels of Food Safety
  • Bake products to brand standards whilst minimising wastage
  • Ensure all wastage / breakages are recorded
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties as required by the Shift Leader, Supervisor or Manager
