Ideally, you will have experience:

• In a busy high-volume restaurant or coffee shop operation.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Receiving and processing customer payments
• Maintaining high hygiene standards in accordanc

Heron Farm is a family-owned vineyard in Weston, Honiton (www.heron-farm.co.uk) with a busy on site walled gardens & kitchen. We are looking for one or more team members to join our friendly farm and vineyard just outside Honiton, public transport is possible but limited so driving or being able to arrange a lift is required.
You will be working under the supervision of the manager/duty manager as a barista/bar person making coffee, cocktails, drinks, as well as greeting and serving customers. You must have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences. Previous barista work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Terms:

• Starting rate of £12.21 per hour paid weekly
• Cash and card tips paid in addition to wage once per month - Usually between £1.00 - £1.50 per hour
