TEAM MEMBER, PART TIME - WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS (09:15-17:30)

Bear Town is the ultimate children’s role play experience in Westcott, Nr Cullompton.
We are looking for enthusiastic people with a can do attitude to join our team.
Bear Town has a wonderful café and kitchen providing great food with customer service to the highest standard and where the majority of a Team Members time will be spent. We are a forward thinking company and are looking for passionate staff that want to grow with us.
Job Role:
The Team Member will be welcoming visitors at reception or preparing food and drinks from a simple menu whilst focusing on the visitor experience. Team members need to be able to interact with a diverse mix of customers in a confident and friendly manner whilst adopting a ‘can do’ attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

• Customer Service – Friendly, confident, courteous and helpful
• Welcoming visitors to Bear Town at reception
• Serving in cafe, Barista training provided
• Preparing and cooking simple yet delicious food for our visitors
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in public areas
• Carrying out hourly inspections to keep high standards throughout the venue
• Completing other tasks to aid with the smooth running of Bear Town
• Working from a rota set monthly using individual availability requested in advance
