Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Team Member, you must ensure client satisfaction and service levels targets are achieved through service delivery excellence. You will display a positive “can-do” attitude and be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail, have good computer literacy and effective communication skills.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Sort and prepare documents for scanning
  • Scanning documents on desktop and track scanners
  • Archive and retrieve documents
  • Create and maintain production reports
  • Handle and resolve phone and email queries
