Responsibilities

Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client’s site, the role of Team Member focuses mainly on general admin duties and efficiently handling and sorting of mail, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.

Scope of the role includes:

  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • General administrative duties
  • Courier bookings and deliveries
  • Preparation of mailbags
  • Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery
  • Assist in organising meetings and conferences
  • Maintain databases and update presentations
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Assist with filing and maintenance document files
  • Some heavy lifting may be involved
