Responsibilities
  • Handle internal/external calls
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Maintain the switchboard databases
  • Assist in organising and setting up the room for meetings and conferences
  • General administrative duties, including assisting in the mailroom operation (handling mail/parcel, courier bookings, etc), raising and reporting faults
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and Canon Business Services to deliver service excellence.
  • Perform tasks to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Comply with Canon Business Services and client standards, policies, and codes of conduct.
  • Responsible for adopting eco-friendly work practices and identifying opportunities for improving performance in environmental sustainability.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as and when require
