We’re looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join the Chameleon team! As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s serving drinks, promoting in the street, keeping the venue running smoothly, or creating an exciting atmosphere, your role will be essential in making Chameleon the go-to nightlife destination.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

✅ Bar, hospitality, or nightlife experience preferred but not essential – full training provided!
✅ Confidence in working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
✅ Strong communication and sales skills with a friendly, engaging attitude.
✅ A keen eye for detail and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
✅ Basic maths skills for handling cash and card payments.
✅ A passion for nightlife, music, and creating a great customer experience!

• Provide top-tier customer service, welcoming and assisting guests throughout the night.
• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while following responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Sell and promote shots inside the venue, engaging with customers to boost sales.
• Take part in street promotion, engaging with potential customers to encourage attendance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and in guest areas.
• Upsell drinks and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and venue policies.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to keep up with demand.
