About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Team Member, Corporate Planning and Performance Management to join our Group Strategy & Innovation Division at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and managing performance via the Group’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC), supporting long-term strategy scorecards, and driving programme value reporting. You will also play a key role in business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives. What you will be doing Support in formulating the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) structure and guidelines, including preparing BSCs for the Group, GMC/GMD-1, and Other Material Risk Takers (OMRTs). Perform monthly reporting and periodic forecasting of the Group BSC. Prepare and track scorecards and incentive schemes related to the Group Long Term Strategy (currently PROGRESS27), and support the year-end evaluation process. Support the implementation of the Programme Value (PV) Framework, including preparing PV targets, tracking value realization, and reconciling business cases with Group financials. Collaborate with Programme working teams to set up Day-1 PV targets and prepare periodic reporting on value realization. Participate in annual business planning and manage budgeting (opex/capex) for the Group Strategy & Innovation Division (GSI). Serve as GSI Finance liaison, collaborating with Group Finance on budgeting, analysis, and monitoring financial reports. Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for management committees and stakeholders. What we're looking for Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or banking. Strong accounting and financial management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
