Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future over dues with accounts that have a high exposure. Minimum Qualifications Graduate with 1 year of experience minimum in voice process Ability to drive customer decision following a consultative approach on calls & stay competitive consistently to deliver stellar performance in a blended environment (Inbound & Outbound) Strong communication skills with an ability to handle constructive and difficult conversations with customers & passion to take added responsibilities Ability to multi-task such as making accurate decisions on accounts while typing and speaking on the calls & maintaining manual data on MS Excel Workbook etc Fast learner and truly motivated to align towards business objectives and a strong will to highly contribute in achieving the business goals Should display a penchant for Result Orientation & Personal Accountability Strong Team Player with high level of integrity Should possess sound Analytical, Decision Making and Problem-Solving skills High on flexibility & adaptability towards frequent process and/or work strategy changes Self-motivated & demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge about credit card industry and collections background would be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office - MS Excel, MS Power point & MS Word would be an add on We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
