Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Margherita, Diavola, Capricciosa – whatever’s on the menu, you’re the one making it happen. As a Team Member at Pizza Paradiso, you’ll play a key role in delivering delicious pizza and a top-tier experience to every guest who walks through the door.
You’ll report to the Site Manager and work closely with the wider team to support all aspects of the restaurant’s operations – from pizza-making to keeping the space sparkling clean.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Food Prep & Pizza Making
    Prepare ingredients and cook pizzas to spec, following safety and hygiene standards.
    Ensure all items are cooked, assembled, and presented with care and consistency.
    Help manage and reduce waste by correctly storing and handling all food.
  2. Customer Service
    Take orders at the table or counter – always with a smile!
    Process payments quickly and accurately.
    Ensure every customer receives friendly, helpful service, whether they’re dining in or collecting.
  3. Cleaning & Operations Support
    Keep the kitchen, dish area, and front-of-house clean and organised.
    Follow all cleaning checklists and open/close procedures.
    Support with deliveries and stock rotation, including correct labelling and storage.
  4. Teamwork & Communication
    Work closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly.
    Share feedback and ideas to improve how we work and serve our customers.
    Be an active and positive part of the team culture.
  5. Hygiene & Safety
    Follow all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards as required by the business.
    Complete all relevant training for your role and ensure it’s put into practice every day.
    Stick to all opening and closing procedures for your section, including prep, cleaning, and restocking duties.
    Make sure all food storage areas – fridges, freezers, dry stores – are clean, well-organised, and fully compliant with food safety standards.
