We’d love to hear from people with: 2 years retail / customer service management experience.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity Job Responsibilities.
Ability to work full time including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
Schedule staff to meet labour targets based on sales and service expectations.
Monitor store’s P&L and adjust store operations to achieve profitability.
Hire and develop top-notch awesome staff through effective coaching and training techniques.
Lead team to achieve store targets for sales, labour, cost of goods and expenses.
Oversee all day-to-day operations including; merchandising, quality control and systems.
Greet, welcome and thank each guest.
Assist customers in understanding the menu and making selections.
Make each order according to recipes and Pita Pit standards.
Serve each customer in a friendly and helpful manner.
Order, receive and maintain inventory levels based on stores set PAR levels.
Oversee staff performance, training and all daily operations.
Deal with concerns with employee performance through coaching and performance management techniques.
