Execute timely and accurate end-to-end treasury operational tasks based on functional expertise or skills : Perform trade validation, confirmation and settlement Check both inward and outward confirmations; perform confirmation matching Prepare and deliver confirmation letters, advices, statements to customers / counterparties Raise related / relevant GL accounting entries Update incomplete transactions in ESSCBOP Prepare and settle monthly brokerage fee reporting To support the operations of regional RHB branches during local public holiday Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and team members; produce necessary output aligned to the objective of the team Strong interactive communication with internal and external parties e.g. GTGM, clients, brokers, Financial Institutions, RMs etc. for effective and efficient service and functional support e.g. receipts of deals’ source documents, deals clarifications etc. Effective engagement and collaboration amongst team members - participate in trouble shooting and problem solving on daily BAU matters and arrive at mutual resolutions; assist BAU during resource shortage, etc. Prepare / respond to audit confirmation request from customers / counterparties for Treasury trades Assist Senior Team Member / Team Lead / Circle Lead in BAU and ad-hoc matters Review workflows / processes and propose process enhancements and/or operational optimization means to achieve stronger productivity level and minimize operational risks Strict adherence to all stipulated regulatory and internal policies, guidelines and SOPs at all time A mantra for our clients, customers, partners and every member of the RHB family.
