We Inspire People to Be More Alive   About Paws Up Montana:   Paws Up Montana, America’s premier luxury ranch resort, is more than a workplace—it’s a chance to be part of something extraordinary.     Position:   We are looking for a qualified driver to provide transportation for our team member shuttle system between employee housing in Seeley Lake, Montana and Paws Up property in Greenough, Montana. This shuttle will go back and forth between these locations multiple times a day on a set schedule to ensure team members arrive and depart from their shifts in a timely manner.     This is a seasonal role from April – October.   What We Offer:  * Career Development and Advancement Opportunities * Employee Assistance Program (5 free counseling sessions) * Referral Bonus Program (Get paid $250 to recruit) * Carpool Reimbursement ($5-$20/Day) * Employee Discounts on Merchandise (30% on select items in our retail store) * Employee lunch provided   Primary Functions and Responsibilities    * Provide transportation for our team member shuttle system between employee housing in Seeley Lake, Montana and Paws Up property in Greenough, Montana.  * Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with team members.  * Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of team members according to an approved schedule. * Ensure that only approved passengers are in the vehicles and that all policies are being adhered to.  * Communicate as needed with the People & Culture team on any relevant updates that impact the transportation schedule. * Ensure that pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports are completed throughout shift. Check condition of the vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water and safety equipment to ensure everything is in working order. * Follow standards on returning the vehicle, keys, phone, and all Paws Up property at the end of each shift.  * Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times. * Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities.    Supportive Functions and Responsibilities    * Display Paws Up Montana values and standards. * Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members. * Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment. * Always maintain a clean and neat appearance. * Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner. * Keep vehicles’ interiors/exteriors clean * Communicate with the People & Culture team as needed   Educational, Experience, Licensure Required    * High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework * Ability to operate gasoline or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles.
