Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Member to develop within the contract. – The hours for this role will be 07:00 to 16:00hrs Monday to Friday, and every 4th Saturday. The Role To support the warehouse by carry out a variety of warehouse activities, predominately manually unloading and loading tyres. Responsible for making PM scheduled delivery to retail outlets. To carry out duties accurately, above the required minimum productivity rate. To carry out general housekeeping and maintenance duties, to ensure that the profile of the site is maintained to the very highest standard. Assist the Stock and Planning Controller in their role and provide cover during periods of absence. Ensure each team member complies with health & safety guidelines and adheres to the Company’s policies and procedures. Ensure team members are aware of, and conform to, customer service level requirements, with particular attention to ensure accuracy is applied in all areas of the operation. Pays NLW with a quarterly bonus scheme. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the needs of the business. The person: Must have a flexible and committed approach to work. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Excellent Customer Service skills
