Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Officer - Process Safety to join our team in CTO 2, Bollaram. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining process safety management systems to ensure the safety and integrity of our chemical processing operations. Develop, implement, and maintain process safety management programs and procedures Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard identification studies Perform safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into process designs and modifications Provide technical expertise and guidance on process safety matters to various departments Analyze safety data and prepare reports for management review Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in process safety Develop and deliver process safety training programs for employees at all levels Participate in emergency response planning and drills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in process safety or a related field within the chemical process industry In-depth knowledge of process safety management systems and risk assessment techniques Proficiency in hazard identification methods, such as HAZOP, LOPA, and Fault Tree Analysis Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards applicable to the chemical industry Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in safety software and data analysis tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently and organize multiple priorities Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred Additional Information About the Department Global Manufacturing Organisation (GMO) At Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on global healthcare through precision manufacturing and innovation.
