Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To carry out Preventive Maintenance of manufacturing & packing equipment as per P.M. 1.2 To co-ordinate all engineering related activities in Packing/Production Department. 1.3 To carry out Electrical & Instrumentation related Breakdown of manufacturing & packing equipment. 1.4 Calibration of Mechanical & Electrical instruments with documents. 1.5 Installation and commissioning of manufacturing & Packing equipment. 1.6 Electrical & Instrumentation related: modifications and developments of process equipment. 1.7 To ensure the plant instruments and equipment as per safety guidelines. 1.8 Documentation- Engineering related. 1.9 Inventory and Spare Management. 1.10 To ensure all the safety standards are followed and all the contractors use PPEs while working. Qualifications Educational qualification: A Diploma or a B.Tech./M.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation engineering Minimum work experience: 3 to 6 years Skills & attributes: Technical Skills • Knowledge and experience in handling preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance. • Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of machines and equipment. • Experience in managing preventive maintenance plans. • Knowledge of GMP and GEP. Behavioural skills • Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross functional teams, external contractors and agencies. • Attention to detail to ensure preventive maintenance, documentation, and inventory control. • Commitment to quality and compliance. Responsibilities

The Team Member in Engineering will carry out preventive maintenance of manufacturing and packing equipment and coordinate engineering activities in the Packing/Production Department. They will also handle breakdown maintenance, calibration, installation, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
