Becoming apart of Paradigm Zone, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and friendliness. Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Game Guidance: Explain game rules and instructions to customers, help them get started, and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues with gaming equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Team Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a seamless operation and exceptional guest experience.
  • Front Counter Service: Handle transactions, answer phone calls, and manage reservations.
  • Machine Maintenance: Restock and refill machines, including claw machines and froyo machines, and ensure toppings are always available.
  • General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the arcade, including gaming areas, front counter, and restrooms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Interest in gaming and interactive entertainment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
