Come to work for a company with a great work environment and 20% staff discount.Our pay is $15.00 per hour We have the below shifts available:(morning) 3 days per week working hours between 8am - 3pm(evening) 3 nights per week and includeds weekends working hours between 3pm - 9pm PFC Cashiers play a critical role in ensuring our shoppers leave the store with an awesome check-out experience. They efficiently and accurately perform all cash register functions, assist with bagging groceries, and ensure that each and every customer feels engaged and delighted. 1. Position Responsibilities a. Provide prompt and friendly service, including answering questions and providing samples. b. Maintain knowledge of product, provides information to customers regarding use and preparation. c. Ensure department cases, shelf areas and prep areas are clean. d. Order products as directed. e. Receive product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy. f. Prepare items for stocking, stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces product according to procedure. g. Maintain back stock areas according to department standards. 2. General Responsibilities a. Know and adhere to quality standards for customer service as instructed by the department manager. b. Adhere to all guidelines around product recommendation and information. c. Know and promote the cooperative values and principles. d. Communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers at all times. e. Prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus. f. Operate with a sense of teamwork. g. Report for scheduled shifts on-time and ready to work. h. Understand and adhere to organizational and department policy and procedures. i. Accept direction willingly and follow through with delegated tasks. j. Perform tasks consistently at an acceptable rate as outlined by department manager. k.
