Job Summary Location: 19320 W Bellfort Suite 500, Richmond, TX 77407 Pay: $9 - $12 Training Location: 1914 Wescott Avenue, Sugar Land, TX 77479 Must have reliable transportation and willing to train at training location. The Team Member is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role supports daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, order taking, and customer service, to ensure an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, courteous service. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems. Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. Assemble and package orders efficiently for dine-in, takeout, or delivery. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate registers responsibly. Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and speed goals. Resolve customer concerns quickly and escalate issues when necessary. High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required). Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Frequent walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25–50 lbs). Ability to work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures.
