Summary of Position: An iSaute Team Member will be trained to work in a number of different roles within the Park and may be assigned to work in one or several of the roles below during a shift.
- Court Monitor – This is one of the most important positions in the park as it is responsible for ensuring all safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and by all Guests using our Park attractions. A Court Monitor maintains awareness of his/her surroundings and maintains eye contact on the designated zone at all times. The Court Monitor is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining attraction equipment throughout the Park to ensure a safe and healthy environment for Team Members and Guests.
- Cashier/Guest Services - The Cashier/Guest Services Team Members ensure that all Guests experience excellent customer service from the moment they enter the park. Their greeting sets the tone for the Guest’s visit. Guest services personnel are professional, genuine and enthusiastic in every interaction. They will greet Guests, answer Guest questions and provide direction as needed, answer phones, process sales transactions and manage the flow of traffic through the lobby area.
- Party Host - The Party Host is responsible for executing flawless events and exceeding. Guest expectations on their special day. The Party Host is involved in the day to day details of planning and executing the events; including party room set-up, party check-in, hosting the party and party clean-up. This position must work well with people of all ages, displaying patience and a smile every day, with every Guest.
Court Monitor Responsibilities: Enforce safety policies and procedures at all times
- Proactively communicate Park safety rules to Guests that show signs of potential policy violations
- Coordinate clearing Guests, with expired wristbands, from Park attractions
- Inspect equipment, within the designated zone, at the beginning of each shift to ensure safety compliance. Report any issues or concerns to the General Manager or MOD immediately
- Maintain focus on the assigned zone at all times; never turn your back to the attraction or leave the zone unattended
- Assist Guests in recognizing their limitations and staying within their comfort zone while in the park
- Respond to potential injuries or accidents immediately and appropriately
- Re-stock the safety monitor “go-pack” before your shift begins
- Clean and inspect attraction equipment throughout the Park
- Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
Cashier/Guest Services Responsibilities:
Show up to work with patience and a smile every day
Greet and assist Guests while in the lobby area
Proactively educate Guests on program offerings and social media options
Look for opportunities to upsell offerings and execute as appropriate
Process sales transactions and Guest check-in
Maintain an accurate cash drawer
Provide direction for completing waivers
Answer Guest questions and provide direction as needed
Educate Guests on company policies and provide visual cues to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
Measure young jumpers and assign them to the appropriate zones
Answer phones timely; always courteous and professional
Keep the front of house area clean, organized and stocked with retail items
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
Other duties as assigned
Party Host Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to upsell party/event offerings and execute as appropriate
Book parties/events and process deposits
Set-up the party/event room and prepare goody bags
Check-in party/event Guests and verify waiver compliance
Facilitate and monitor party/event activities; create a VIP experience for the Guest of honor
Complete post party/event clean-up
Gather feedback from Guests on party/event success
Send a thank you note to the party/event Guest
Perform call backs to encourage repeat party/event Guests
Track sock and t-shirt inventory used for parties
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
Other duties as assigned
