Description
Perform a thorough review of document packets received thru the specified systems to analyze and adhere to Funding policy, procedure, and documentation. Adhere to the Marketing Plans and Rates adjustment changes that are made periodically to the policies and procedures. Be capable of working with minimal supervision while meeting established production requirements and reviewing schedule deadlines. Provide quality service to customers, whether internal or external. Demonstrate cooperative efforts in working with other teams and within your own department. Achieves goals assigned to Discounting / Funding as part of the department's annual objectives. Responds to inquiries relating to her/his area, or to requests from other team personnel within a given time frame. Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion Participate in cross-training throughout Discounting / Funding operations to provide support and assist in special projects. Flexible is taking any night shifts to achieve the SLA of the process. Ready to work in Late night shift timings. 9PM to 6.30AM
