Description
The PEPs and Sanctions checks are an essential part of the KYC and onboarding process. It is required by law to ensure we do not enter into a business relationship with anyone on a Restricted Party or Sanctions list, including but not limited to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and UK HM Treasury Sanctions List.
