Team Member (Manchester Airport) Department: Concessions Employment Type: Full Time Location: Manchester Airport Reporting To: Assistant Manager/Store Manager Compensation: £12.71 / hour Description As a Team Member you will support the Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site located within the airport. Your role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall success of the site. What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists: Provide friendly and attentive customer service to travellers. Assist customers with menu inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt service delivery. Assist in the preparation of beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes. Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts. Maintain accountability for cash drawers and reconcile sales at the end of shifts. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products, monitoring expiration dates, and communicating inventory needs to supervisors. Ensure products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the site, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly. Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a safe food environment. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist teammates during busy periods, communicate effectively, and support a positive team environment. Who you are: Friendly and approachable demeanour and enjoy interacting with customers.
