" Job Description Roles & Responsibilities You will be responsible for sourcing external growth opportunities, including target companies and portfolio expansions. You will be responsible for forming joint ventures and strategic partnerships in Horizon 2 areas. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution for acquisitions and corporate actions. You will be responsible for collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless M&A transactions. You will be responsible for enhancing relationships with key global stakeholders for deal flow and partnerships. You will be responsible for leading divestments and other corporate actions, ensuring successful closures. You will be responsible for providing updates and reports to CXOs and the board on transactions and progress. You will be responsible for driving deal negotiations and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
