• Take orders, run the POS, serve customers
• Prep and cook kebabs, sides, and sauces
• Keep the truck clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Help with dishwashing
• Making sure our restaurant keeps its high level of safety and hygiene standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Assembling food to the highest of standards
