We launched our first site in 2018 in Bristol and have taken the city by storm, winning a number of awards including Deliveroo’s ‘Restaurant Of The Year’ award, crowning us their best restaurant on the entire platform.
Hospitality is ever evolving and at Oowee Vegan, our Managers have strong experience in both FOH and most importantly BOH duties. We are looking for people who have the passion and experience necessary to run a high turnover kitchen/site. Our Managers take a hands on approach in all areas of the business, they are as slick on the grill as they are serving a customer at the till; they know our business inside out! Our Managers are natural leaders at heart, they are meticulous in everything they do and they never accept second best.
All our Managers are expected to run a profitable restaurant, exceed targets and make sure the restaurant meets Oowee’s quality, service and cleanliness standards.

• Full accountability for stock control, GP and ordering

• To work closely with the Head of Operations Manager to ensure all expectations are being met
• Always striving for perfection
• Experience in running a high volume kitchen and strong restaurant management skills
